Who Am I? What media means?

My name is Daniel Wong, and I am a rising sophomore at Hunter College. I have no idea what I want to major yet in college. I am probably the only college student that doesn't use Facebook, I think it's just a phase that will pass on just like xanga, and myspace, until something new comes out.
I'm pretty sure that the media runs my life, the television schedule is pretty much my own calendar, I know what day it is by which show is playing that day. I am a big fan of CBS, USA, and TNT, they have some of the best and interesting shows. I'm not a big fan of watching news on television, I would rather read about it off of my iPhone. Although I kind of hate how the NY Times app needs a subscription to read other stories now besides the main articles. I no longer watch for the weather on television, but rather using my phone which is more convenient.
Recently, I found using my computer to be quite boring, there isn't much to do on it besides Youtube, and looking up mail and online shopping, which I think is one of the greatest part, buying items in the comfort of your home.
